黄伟，笔名九渊，1945年生。国家特级书法师，博士学者诗人。孔子学院终身名誉院长。曾任深圳市一类国企光明华侨农场集团领导。以学术成就和诗书作品名世。创立“结构论”和“能本原论”。是我国“流域生态经济战略理论”带头人，联合国非遗传承人，联合国金砖国家文化理事会会长、联合国美术家协会执委主席兼联合国教科文组织艺术顾问。诗书作品气象正大，格调高雅，风格独具。是“中国十四五规划文化建设奖”获得者，授“新时期国家文艺开拓者”，“国家十四五文化建设先锋旗手”，“中国文化品牌物”和“人民艺术家”称号。近年荣获“联合国文化艺术勋章”、“联合国和平勋章”和“世界和平艺术学院”命名，授“2021年度全球十大杰出风云人物”、“世界最具影响力艺术家”、“奥林匹克艺术之星”等荣誉称号”。
Huang Wei, pen name Jiuyuan, was born in 1945. National master calligraphist, doctoral scholar poet. Honorary Life Director of Confucius Institute. He used to be the leader of Guangming Overseas Chinese Farm Group, a class of state-owned enterprises in Shenzhen. He is famous for his academic achievements and poetic works. He founded “Structuralism” and “energetics primitive Theory”. He is the leader of China’s “River Basin Ecological and economic Strategy Theory”, the UN inheritor, the Chairman of the UN BRICS Cultural Council, the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the United Nations Artists Association and the artistic adviser of UNESCO. Poems and books are dignified, elegant and unique in style. He is the winner of “China’s 14th Five-Year Plan Cultural Construction Award”, awarded the title of “National Literary and Art Pioneer in the New Period”, “National 14th Five-Year Cultural Construction Pioneer Flag Bearer”, “Chinese Cultural brand” and “People’s Artist”. In recent years, he has been awarded the “United Nations Medal of Culture and Art”, “United Nations Medal of Peace” and “World Academy of the Arts of Peace”. He has also been awarded the honorary titles of “The World’s Ten Outstanding People of 2021”, “The World’s Most Influential Artist” and “Olympic Art Star”.
